Where it all began...

30 years ago in a small home studio Harry & Lorraine Southall commenced video production, “Sosure DVD & Video”, they have come a long way since then.
Now the leading multi skilled, local video production studio in Cairns, having purchased RSVP (Richard Spatz Video Productions) in 2004. RSVP was Cairns’ first video production studio and largest outside Brisbane.
After the acquisition of RSVP, Sosure moved quietly into the digital information revolution and commenced servicing corporate clients both small and large.

2006 saw the formation of another production business…”Cairns Media Corporate Production”, enabling Harry & Lorraine to service the corporate sector, with the same professional and personal touch, along side the now, "DVD Productions by Sosure".

2006 Cairns Media Corporate Productions progressed with the purchase of
Show Media's clientel and equipment - Port Douglas and Double Up Video Production, renowned reputation, and the second oldest and largest production company in Qld. Double Up was initially owned by Ron Donnelly, sale to Stageworks in 2003.

This acquisition has transformed DVD Productions by Sosure into the longest running and now, the largest production studio outside Brisbane.

We are currently involved in projects worldwide, including documentaries, television and short film. From these ventures came an invitation for Harry to co-produce film and edit a full length movie in Bangkok.

The corporate sector in North Queensland will be fully serviced with the expertise and competency of the Cairns Media team.
